We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your items has been worn or is damaged, we will contact you and following contact return the item to you as a refund will not apply.

You can return your purchase direct to Teacup and Tova Ltd. The Old Brewery Offices, Castle Eden, County Durham, TS27 4SU.  We would advise you to send with a tracking or registered service. We are not responsible for any packages sent to us that do not arrive safely with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not as you expect.  Please send an email to Tova@teacupandtova.co.uk. and if you can, attach photographs of the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you require is to email us Tova@teacupandtova.co.uk and we will reserve the item you require and upon receipt of your return, will send your exchange product.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
